REfocus – Examining Five Common Property Management Assumptions

Feedback and ongoing improvement regarding tenant satisfaction is of ultimate importance to us. We survey our tenants annually to solicit their feedback and grade our Management Services performance and satisfaction with their space. Not only does it allow us to identify early renewal or expansion opportunities necessary to facilitate leasing services and maintain a high retention rate with existing tenants, but it also gives each tenant a chance to voice their opinion on what they want to see at their property, what is working, what is not, and what we can do better to keep them as happy, long-term tenants.
 
This year we created an insightful video to give you a peek into our survey highlighting five interesting conclusions gathered from our data.
