REfocus: Chicagoland Industrial Development

Following four years of lackluster activity, development in Chicagoland’s industrial market is showing strong signs of improvement in 2013. While this year’s activity is short of the 20-year average, all signs point to continued investment and development in the industrial real estate market.

Jeff Fischer, Executive Vice President in NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group, details industrial construction trends in Chicago’s Infill, Collar County and Greenfield/Bulk Distribution markets.
