Crain’s Chicago Lists NAI Hiffman Among Largest Real Estate Brokers & Office Leases in Suburban Chicago

Crain’s Chicago has published its annual book of lists which includes largest real estate brokers and largest suburban office leases for the 12 months ended June 30, 2016. 

NAI Hiffman is proud to be listed as a top firm, named #8 among Largest Real Estate Brokers (Leases) and #9 among Largest Real Estate Brokers (Sales). Brokers are ranked by total value of lease and sale transactions for the seven-county Chicago area in the 12 months ended June 30, 2016. This includes those firms that leased the most SF in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake McHenry and Will Counties in Illinois and Lake County, Ind.

NAI Hiffman has also been recognized for representing owners in two of the Largest Office Leases in Suburban Chicago including #6 for Donlen Corp.’s 72,696 SF transaction with C-III at 3000 Lakeside Drive in Bannockburn (Michael Flynn and Linda Garske represented C-III) and #7 for Sirva Inc.s 62,000 SF lease with TIAA at 1 Parkview Plaza in Oakbrook Terrace (Jim Adler and Dan O’Neill represented TIAA).
