NAI Hiffman represents United Pipe & Steel Corp in 100,000 SF lease expansion in Central Indiana

FRANKLIN, IN (January 7, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented United Pipe and Steel Corp in its 100,000-square-foot lease renewal at 1001 Hurricane Street in Franklin, Indiana. The lease brings the tenant’s occupancy to a total of 100,000 square feet within the 650,000-square-foot building plus an additional 2 acres for outdoor storage. United Pipe and Steel Corp, a leading distributor of commodity pipe products, has over 10 locations and has operated this distribution center since 2007. 
 
Kelly Disser, Executive Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group represented United Pipe and Steel Corp in the transaction. Kyle Powell with NAI Meridan assisted in the transaction as the local expert in the Indianapolis market.
