Terry Herlihy joins NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Brokerage team

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (January 29, 2016) – John Picchiotti, Chief Operating Officer of NAI Hiffman’s Brokerage Services team, announced today the addition of emerging commercial real estate professional, Terry Herlihy, to its Industrial Services group.  Most recently, Herlihy was with Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Company; as a Senior Associate with NAI Hiffman, Terry will be based at the firm’s Oakbrook Terrace headquarters.

Completing lease and sale transactions in excess of $10,000,000 over the last 15 months, Herlihy will remain committed to servicing his clients in the O’Hare, West Cook, North DuPage, and I-90 submarkets. His client base and solutions experience  includes private owners, institutional clients, and Fortune 100 companies including Westmount Realty Capital LLC, Speedway LLC, Windstar Inc, AVC Tech, JK Global, and Max Cargo, among others.
