The February issue of Midwest Real Estate News features an article titled “Seize the Day!” authored by NAI Hiffman’s Chief Operating Officer David Petersen. David discussed the cyclical nature of the commercial real estate industry and said “Those who can excel by helping their clients in 2009 – whether that means mitigating losses, conserving cash or subleasing space in a challenging environment – will position themselves to benefit from the inevitable next industry cycle. Now is when relationships are cemented. The best real estate services providers will find non-traditional ways to help clients.
