Rasmussen Leases 61,844 SF at Regency Towers

Rasmussen Inc. will take 61,844 square feet at 1415 W. 22nd St. in Oak Brook, IL. The online education provider leased four contiguous floors in Oak Brook Regency Tower – East with a phased move-in to start during the second quarter, and it will move and expand to approximately 350 employees to the site.

Regency Tower – East is a 13-story, 201,159-square-foot, 33-year-old, Class A building in East-West Corridor.

Rasmussen provides online degree programs through its network of 17 college campuses and partnerships with leading universities. The company is privately held and has more than 1,200 employees.
