BOLINGBROOK — NAI Hiffman announces they have assisted Dearborn Street Holdings LLC in the sale of 479 Quadrangle Drive in Bolingbrook. The bank-owned condominium contains 4,000 square feet of office space and 2,662 square feet of warehouse space. The property was purchased by Freedom Wireless, the owner of multiple Cricket Wireless stores, who plans to use the new Bolingbrook location as the corporate headquarters.

Adam Johnson, senior associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group and Leslie Yurek, former senior associate at NAI Hiffman, both represented Dearborn Street Holdings LLC. Vick Mehta of Churchill Realty Inc. represented Freedom Wireless in the transaction.
