Burr Ridge building lands 2 large tenants

150 Harvester2BURR RIDGE – NAI Hiffman announced today that Mars Equities, Inc. has signed two new tenants to 150 Harvester Drive in Burr Ridge.

Brookfield Global Relocation will occupy 29,861 square feet of office space within the multi-story Class A building that is part of Estancia Corporate Centre. Additionally, law firm Codilis & Associates, signed a sublease from Insure One for 38,341 square feet within the same 107,714-square-foot building.

“Estancia Corporate Centre is a top Class-A office park in Burr Ridge,” said Jim Adler, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group. “Low taxes, covered parking, and quality existing conditions combined with excellent nearby amenities were key factors in Brookfield’s decision to relocate to 150 Harvester.”

Jim Adler and Dan O’Neill, with NAI Hiffman, represented Mars Equities in the new lease. Kevin Rogers and Peter Quinn of CBRE represented Brookfield Global Relocation.

Between these two recent additions, 150 Harvester is 90.3 percent occupied with 10,449 square feet of space remaining.

Adler and O’Neill represented both Mars Equities and Insure One in the transaction. Tom Murphy with JSQ Commercial represented Codilis & Associates.
