Joe Bronson represents Edsal in 138,996-square-foot purchase

NAI Hiffman’s Joe Bronson recently represented Edsal, a manufacturer of storage systems and industrial furniture, in its purchase of a 138,996-square-foot industrial building in Chicago. LaGrou Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, sold  the property, located at 4124 S. Racine St. Edsal chose the location for its close proximity to one of its current facilities with plans to use the new building for additional warehouse and manufacturing space.
Joe Bronson, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, and Colin Green with Cushman & Wakefield represented Edsal in the transaction. Jim Planey with Lee & Associates of Chicago represented LaGrou.
