Bruce Granger’s Distinguished Visitor Navy Embark Trip

We are always delighted to see our employees doing incredible things and pursuing hobbies outside of the office. Earlier this month, NAI Hiffman Industrial Broker, pilot and aviation enthusiast, Bruce Granger, was lucky enough to be involved in the United States Navy’s Distinguished Visitor Program.

Every year, the Navy invites a select number of individuals to attend a rare, first-hand experience to witness life aboard a Navy aircraft carrier. The program invites people who are active leaders in their local, civic, education, or business community to embark and share their experience with others. Some of the people they invite to participate include legislative representatives, city council members, corporate executives, educators, and leaders of broad-based organizations who have not previously experienced aircraft carrier operations. The incredible opportunity to see the flight operations on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier provide unique opportunities to foster awareness and understanding of the role of carrier aviation, as well as demonstrate the high-level training required to keep our Sailors ready to meet the nation’s needs.
