Larry Much represents CN Development in sale of Romeoville industrial building

ROMEOVILLE, IL (April 30, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce it has represented the seller in the recent sale of 525 Anderson Drive in Romeoville. Estes Construction purchased the 32,291-square-foot property from CN Development.

The building features 5,598 square feet of office space, 17 exterior docks, and 3,328 square feet of truck maintenance space. “The concept of this building is unique as it creates an opportunity for transportation and logistics companies to be able to do maintenance work on their own tractors versus outsourcing the repairs. This change can greatly affect the organization’s bottom line.” said NAI Hiffman’s Larry Much SIOR, who brokered the transaction.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Larry Much, SIOR and former Vice President Adam Naparsteck represented CN Development in its sale to Estes Construction.
