NAI Hiffman represents ownership in lease expansion to fully lease Promenade Bolingbrook

NAI Hiffman represented landlord, Forest City, in the office lease expansion with WiTronix in Bolingbrook. WiTronix has been headquartered in the complex since 2010 and now occupies a total of 21,662 square feet.

The space is located within the Promenade Bolingbrook at 631 E. Boughton Road, a 715,000-square-foot lifestyle center that provides more than 1 million square feet of shopping, dining and outdoor gathering areas. The Promenade Bolingbrook is now 100 percent leased.

Jim Adler, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Forest City in the transaction. Bill Main and James Soljacich of CBIZ represented WiTronix.
