NAI Hiffman represents ISSA in headquarters relocation to Northbrook

NAI Hiffman recently represented the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) in its purchase of a 25,677-square-foot office building at 3300 Dundee Road in Northbrook.

ISSA is a cleaning association with a global community made up of more than 6,400 distributors, manufacturers, building service contractors, in-house service providers and manufacturer representative companies. Motivated by growth, ISSA is relocating its Lincolnwood headquarters to the multi-use facility where it will host training and other member conferences. The building was selected because the seller and former occupant, American College of Chest Physicians, had a similar use as an association and was relocating to a larger space in Glenview.

Michael Flynn, executive vice president, and Jason Wurtz, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented International Sanitary Supply Associations in the transaction. Gregg Witt and Kevin Clifton with CBRE represented the seller, The American College of Chest Physicians.
