Federal Signal renews lease at Oak Brook Regency Towers

NAI Hiffman represented American Realty Advisors in its lease renewal with Federal Signal for 17,282 square feet of office space in Oak Brook Regency Towers located at 1415 W. 22nd St. in Oak Brook.

Federal Signal is a designer and manufacturer of products and total solutions that serves municipal, governmental, industrial and institutional customers; it has been headquartered at the property for more than 25 years.

Situated at the intersection of West 22nd Street and Route 83, Oak Brook Regency Towers offers a prominent location with an abundance of amenities. The two-building complex totals 441,720 square feet of space that includes a full-service conference center, Tuscany restaurant, on-site deli, sundry shop, fitness center and more. Available suites range in size from 1,092 to 17,289 square feet; the property is currently 94 percent leased. Patrick Kiefer, executive director with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented American Realty Advisors in the transaction. Jeff Liljeberg of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Federal Signal.
