Cremer and Sutterer represent owner in South Chicago lease

CHICAGO, IL (May 31, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce it has represented J&L Contractors in its new lease for 223,080 square feet at 440 E. 138 Street in Chicago.

NAI Hiffman Senior Vice President Ben Cremer and Associate Alex Sutterer represented J&L Contractors, Inc. in the transaction with Ardagh Group, a global leader in glass and metal packaging solutions. It operates 109 glass and metal manufacturing facilities in 22 countries; this industrial lease allows for the expansion of its metal manufacturing in the Chicagoland region.

This South Chicago property is now 100% leased.
