I’ve always been interested in real estate: who succeeded and who didn’t and why. What worked? What didn’t work? As Capital Market brokers, we each run a small business, classic entrepreneurs: list, sell, repeat. You can’t be bored! The countless “characters” in this business, everyone has a story about how they got to where they are, will always keep you entertained. Some stories you could anticipate. Those you couldn’t anticipate are most memorable. The relatively short term nature of the investment sales cycle keeps the pace fast – a good thing.

My first investment in real estate was three acres in the White Mountains of New Hampshire at the age of 15, funded 18 holes at a time! It turned out to be a great investment; good to be lucky. Not surprising, I met some interesting people in New Hampshire. I’ve always been interested in real estate. Growing up in New England, I was surrounded by history. It was from this experience that I developed an interest in all things old including vintage cars and historic buildings. Hope to add a vintage pickup truck to the inventory.
