I started my marketing career here at NAI Hiffman a few months after my college graduation. I wasn’t even entirely sure all that commercial real estate entailed; I just knew that I was going to have the opportunity to use my marketing knowledge and work in a pretty amazing environment with great people. Now months later, I can say that I love this industry and I love working here. NAI has opened my eyes to possibilities that I would have never otherwise knew existed. I’ve always enjoyed marketing due to the ability it gives you to convey messages in a personalized manner and set yourself apart from others. I truly feel that NAI is top-notch when it comes to that, which makes me proud to be part of the company.
I’ve always been someone with too many passions and not enough time to fulfill them all, with one of the main ones being figure skating. Being a competitive athlete throughout my life reinforced my competitive, driven and passionate spirit. The first time I ever stepped foot in an ice rink was for my friend’s fifth birthday party. I fell in love with the ice so much that my mom could barely drag me off to sing “happy birthday.” I learned many lessons through skating that easily carried over into every aspect of life, and I’m very thankful for that. Some of these lessons include dedication, major discipline and patience. It also taught me how to personalize what I do in general and how to set myself/my work apart from others, which has helped me in my chosen profession of marketing. I also love hanging out with my family/fiance, working out and trying to convice anyone to watch some sort of environmental documentary with me (nerd).
