Being a broker is always an exciting challenge. There is an endless number of opportunities and problems to create solutions for in our day-to-day business to help our clients. I am driven by the need to put the pieces of the puzzle together; to connect buyers with sellers and tenants with landlords. Each company we help has unique space requirements, labor requirements, location needs, budget restrictions, and building functionality restrictions. It is up to us to figure out the answer to that ever changing formula. I am fortunate to wake up every day working in an exciting industry that continually challenges me and I can say that after several years there, still, has never been a dull moment. Developing relationships with my clients is a great perk of the job and one I never take for granted.

Professional Background & Experience
Josh focuses primarily on advising companies, investors, financial institutions, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate assets, land and investments throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Josh assists clients by creating and implementing real estate solutions that correspond with specific business objectives. Josh is an expert in the O’Hare market as well as the surrounding West Cook, Northwest Cook, and DuPage markets. Josh has completed over 130 transactions with a value in excess of $150,000,000.00.
Prior to working at NAI Hiffman, Josh worked at Gallagher Bassett as well as the University of Dayton. At his time with NAI Hiffman, he has helped tenants, buyers, sellers and developers with their industrial real estate transactions.
