My favorite marketing initiatives are a blend of creativity and efficiency with a focused goal. I’m the one who listens closely during strategy meetings and downloads all the perspectives and goals into a logistical yet nimble plan for success; one thing at a time and in the right order. I love to check things off my to-do list and move our team closer to achieving our goals through each tick of the box. I believe that clarity and straight forward communication works best for both achieving our internal goals and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Personal finance is my nerdy obsession. I can’t stop reading books, listening to podcasts and chatting about investment options. If my friends or family ever need an opinion on their situation, they know who to come to. I’d like to think that I know enough to NOT be dangerous. Not coincidentally, commercial Real Estate falls nicely into this interest. Even though my job as a marketing coordinator is to generate business, my ears always perk when I hear brokers speaking about the financial strategies that best suit our clients.

Melody is dedicated to ensuring the brokerage process runs efficiently for both the broker and the client. She creates and reviews all leasing/sale agency presentations ensuring that they are accurate and specific to each client/project.
