As a broker and advisor, I work to be an expert in developing creative solutions and finding new opportunities for my clients. I’m fortunate to work in an industry where success is a product of hard work and welcome the challenge to make something happen every day.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending free time with family, friends and clients. My wife and two kids enjoy our time together vacationing, volunteering, taking in Chicago sports, time on the lake, and supporting each other in our pursuits and activities. With my friends and clients, I enjoy traveling, playing a round of golf, or dinner celebrating friendship, good times, and success.

Steve has represented a variety of clients in industrial, development, land, investment, and tax-deferred exchange transactions.
